Manchester Housing Trust

For a large part of the last year we have been involved in delivering a program of environmental improvement works to 10 areas of housing in south Manchester totalling over 1400 individual properties and a lot of space between them.

Looking to make a real difference for the people who live on the sites we’re looking at we have followed a process lead by community consultation. The items at the top of the agenda include: community allotment areas; more, suitable trees; colour coded wayfinding and entrance feature artworks design with the help of  members of each community.
