Following on from the One the Elephant project, BCA Landscape were appointed directly by London Borough of Southwark to redesign the adjacent St Mary’s Churchyard Park as part of an integrated public realm that then also was extended to include the Highpoint residential project at Newington Butts and The Castle Leisure Centre. Working closely with the Architects for all the projects in conjunction with the Borough engineers and TFL a carefully coordinated pedestrian and cyclist friendly public realm which largely excludes vehicles.
