RHS Flower Show Tatton Park

A brief view of the highlights of Tatton for us captured by various members of the BCAL Collective.

The sensory garden “Making Sense” by Janet Leigh was a fun eye-catcher. Tall fruity daisy like flowers project on to the path in the sunshine. Everything has a purpose and is interactive for the benefit of kids with learning or physical disabilities.

The Young Designers category also proved to be refreshing with great plant combinations.

Throughout the show, a few suspects popped up regularly. Achillea and agapathus along with the bees favourite Allium Sphaerocephalon were looking in top form – I couldn’t help picking up a few for the garden.

A secondary highlight was the bratwurst and Pimms to top off a sunny summers day! You can see all the winners here.
